A 10 Minute Valentine

Oops! We were addressing our Valentine's Day cards to be sent out yesterday, when my husband pointed out we were one short! A  rummage through my stash and some quick stamping and embossing led to this less than 10 minute card.

The stamped background is Heritage Lace by Wendy Vecchi. I inked it in Watering Can Archival and blended with Victorian Velvet Distress Oxide. I had the heart die cuts in my stash (Tim Holtz Heartfelt Bigz); I just colored them with oxides: Victorian Velvet and Black Soot. The butterfly/heart die cut was a gift from Autumn. I colored it with Seedless Preserves and Barn Door oxide and clear embossed. The butterflies were too bright, so I sponged with Picket Fence paint and inked with Black Soot. The greeting is an Occasions Small Talk sticker inked with Antique Linen.

Another flat card!  Not my finest, but I just think it's amazing what you can make in less than 10 minutes! Thanks so much for stopping in! Hugs! Sara Emily
