I discovered this pretty snowflake printed paper in my stash, and I knew I had to base my card on it. I die cut some circles (Spellbinders) from black paper to back my die cut snowflakes (Tim Holtz Paper Snowflakes, Mini Thinlits). I did use white pigment ink and a polka dot stamp (Stampin' Up), but it barely shows on the kraft paper (I used a waste envelope). I added "snow" to the tops of the circles--Grit paste with Clear Rock Candy Distress Glitter sprinkled on while still wet. I finished up with my one pop of color--a bit of bling from my stash.
So there's Week 10! This was so fun to make! And now we are jetting off to South Carolina to see Trans Siberian Orchestra for their Christmas show! See you in a few days!
One more look of my completed card in the studio and in the soft light of the kitchen table. I think the colors are truer in the soft light.
I am sharing my card with these challenges:
Scrapy Land Challenge #55-Anything Goes (with any brand die Scrapy Land sells) I used 3 Sizzix dies and a Spellbinders.
The Artistic Stamper-December's Creative Challenge-Christmas I used 2 stamps--one for sentiment and one for white polka dots.
-Sweet Stampin' Christmas-Anything (Christmas) Goes I used 2 stamps.
Penny Black and More December Challenge-Black and White Plus OneB/W plus blue.
Penny Black and More December Challenge-Black and White Plus OneB/W plus blue.
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge-Ice Inspiration What a gorgeous moodboard! I was inspired by the ice, the snow, the lights on the tree and a few of the colors.

Gorgeous festive glamour! The rosette is a fab dimensional focal point, and I love the white on black in the background. Great take on Tag 10 (not yet got to that one, but I'm going great guns!).

Holy heck dearie! Seeing the TSO is on my bucket list and I am so happy that you were able to see them! How amazeballs was it!?! The electric guitars, the talent, the feeling behind the music! Swoon! So cool! And your card is just as cool. Rustic and mysterious while also being festive! Such an interesting color combo that works amazingly well together. That snowflake die is used perfectly and the smudged "chalk" it awesome sauce! Love the blue bling of the crystals. And of course the stenciling and all the extras are fantabulous. Gorgeous design and layers! Hugz to you muffin! ~Punkin
