I have another card I made on Friday (I even cleaned the house and did laundry on Friday!).  I am entering it in the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Artsy Stamp and the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Anything Goes. I would also like to submit it to Eureka Stamps Masculine or Grungy challenge .

I brought out an oldie but goodie stamp for this:  it is an art definition stamp from an unknown origin (my box of old stamps that I can't seem to part with--remember this blog is about whatever I discover in my closet).  I stamped this using Archival Jet Black ink, colored with Distress Markers and cut out.  I set it aside until background was completed.

For my background I used cardstock and stamped another unknown company art definition (from same box) repeatedly with Pumice Stone Distress Ink. Distressed with Vintage Photo DI and did the spritz and flick technique to get the droplets. I applied Gelatos to Tim Holtz balloon stamp (The Impossible set) and stamped on background.  I inked up the same stamp with Archival Jet Black and stamped over the same image.  Ran the card through the Big Kick with Tim Holtz Wing (French Connection) Texture Fade.   Added more Gelatos with my finger to highlight the embossing and also to the background for depth.  Stamped sentiment from Dyan Reaveley.  Popped up the cut-out art stamped piece over the balloon.

I love the messiness of this card.  How about you?
